It is with deep regret that myself , the board , our faithful employees , have had to close Encore Education .This is the last message before our website is closed. Although we certainly enjoyed the time spent sharing knowledge from multiple sources circumstances have forced the closure but we know many other places have started to have information sessions on different subjects.
Encore Education Centre is a non-profit organization offering educational courses and information sessions designed primarily for adults 50+ residing in the United Counties of SD&G and Cornwall, Ontario. There are no tests or grades in these non-credit courses and workshops. The intellectually stimulating activities allow the participants to simply, “learn for the love of learning”.
The program attracts individuals from all walks of life.
Learning keeps our minds alert, active and engaged as we grow older and it can be very fulfilling while giving us the opportunity to engage with others in the community.
We are always looking for help and it is always greatly appreciated. Encore is a non-profit organization having a registered charity status with the Canadian Revenue Agency
