Course Registration

Registrations on a course means that Encore has received payment for that course and you have been loaded onto that course.

Note: You do not have to be a member to take a course.

Payment options: cheque, credit card (Mastercard, Visa)

Please note that due to the current Covid19 safety regulations, we cannot accept cash payments for registration at this time.

You can make registration requests by telephone, by regular mail, by e-mail or by using the on-line form found on this page.

If you make a registration request via telephone we can complete the registration via credit card.

If you send a registration request via regular mail you can pay by cheque, or we can call you back to complete the registration via credit card.

Note, as we do not accept private financial information via e-mail (to protect your privacy) you cannot complete  registration using e-mail.

You may however, send us your request to be added to a course using email or our Registration Request  form and we will call you back to finish the registration.

We recommend that you register early to reserve your course choices or to avoid cancellation of a course due to low enrolment.

Registrations requests will be processed in the order that they are received.

Please note that we do NOT mail registration confirmation notices. Please attend the first session of your classes unless otherwise notified.

Online Registration Request

As we mentioned, we do not accept private financial information via e-mail (to protect your privacy) so you cannot register fully via e-mail. You may, however, send us your request to be added to a course using e-mail and we will call you back to finish the registration.

**REFUNDS/CREDITS



A minimum of 8 participants is normally required to run most classes. A full refund will be issued if your course choices are not available. Requests for refunds/credits for other reasons must be received at least one week prior to the start date of the course.
