COURSE – SHOULD EXERCISE BE CONSIDERED A COVID-19 PUBLIC HEALTH MEASURE? – 12.1

April 22, 2022 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

$20

Over the last two years, there is an accumulating body of evidence that suggests exercise can decrease the chances of severe outcomes from COVID-19. As we begin to lift mandates and shift measures, could the inclusion of exercise be part of the solution to giving us the resilience we need to live with the virus? Join Shannon Marion, Registered Physiotherapist and Meghan Cafferky, Therapeutic Pilates Instructor to find out what this means and what it could look like for you. Come and participate in a Pilates exercise session and experience the benefits.
